Discover clementine paste, the new creation of terroir-06

A simple and delicious recipe. Clementine juice and pulp with a little pectin. Everything you need for a delicious treat.

We grow clementines at Bar sur Loup in the Grasse region, in a south-east-facing orchard that is cooled by a little wind from the Gorges du Loup.

All year round, Guilhem applies organic fertilizer, hoes, waters and prunes the clementine trees. Then, in December, the fruit ripens.

We pick the fruit and process it immediately. The fruit is then ripe and goes straight from the orchard to the kitchen, to be transformed into delicacies for young and old alike.

Once the sweet, tart fruit has been harvested, it’s time for processing: clementine jelly, clementine confit and, very recently, candied clementines and fruit jellies. These natural fruits, prepared with organic sugar and agar-agar, are a delight.
