Our service :

You can order online, by phone or by e-mail. Your parcel will be delivered to you by carrier.

Customer area – Account

In order to place an order, the Customer is invited to create an account (personal space).

To do so, he/she must register by filling in the form provided at the time of ordering, and undertakes to provide truthful and accurate information concerning his/her civil status and contact details, in particular his/her e-mail address.

The Customer is responsible for updating the information provided. He/she is informed that he/she can modify it by logging into his/her account.

To access his personal space and order history, the Customer must identify himself by means of his e-mail address and password, which he will have entered at the time of registration and which are strictly personal. In this respect, the Customer agrees not to divulge them in any way. Should this not be the case, the Customer shall remain solely responsible for any use made thereof. The Customer’s personal space is strictly reserved for the Customer’s use and may not be used by any other Customer.

The customer may also request unsubscription by going to the contact page on his personal space or by sending an email to: contact@terroir-06.fr. This will take effect within a reasonable time.

In the event of non-compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, the Terroir-06.fr website may suspend or even close a customer’s account after a formal notice has been sent electronically and has remained without effect.

Any deletion of an account, for whatever reason, will result in the deletion of all the Customer’s personal information.

The Vendor shall not be held liable for any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server, subject to any interruption or modification in the event of maintenance.

The price is paid by secure payment as follows:

The price is payable in full by the Customer on the day the order is placed.

Payment data is exchanged in encrypted mode using the protocol defined by the approved payment service provider involved in banking transactions on the Terroir-06.fr website.

Payments made by the Customer will not be considered final until the Seller has received the sums due.

The Vendor shall not be obliged to deliver the Products ordered by the Customer if the latter does not pay the price in full in accordance with the above conditions.

Orders :

All the steps necessary for the sale are specified on the site. When placing an order, the customer agrees to provide the information requested and undertakes to ensure that this information is accurate: first and last name, address, cell phone number, e-mail address, type of payment card, card number, expiry date and card security code.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to select the Products they wish to order on the Terroir-06.fr website, according to the following procedures:

The customer logs on to his customer area. The customer chooses a product and places it in the shopping basket, which can be deleted or modified before confirming the order and accepting the present terms and conditions of sale. The Service must be added to the basket with the first order. He will then enter his contact details and choose the delivery method. Once the information has been validated, the order will be considered definitive and will require payment by the Customer in the manner specified.

Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, while stocks last.

The sale will not be considered valid until full payment has been received. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the accuracy of the order and to report any errors immediately.

Any order placed on the Terroir-06.fr website constitutes the formation of a distance contract between the Customer and the Vendor.

The Vendor reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

The customer can follow the progress of his order on the site.

Any cancellation of the order by the Customer will only be possible before delivery of the Products (irrespective of the provisions relating to the application or non-application of the legal right of withdrawal).

Right of withdrawal :

The customer has a period of 14 days following receipt of the goods to inform the company of his or her wish to withdraw, and a further 14 days from notification of his or her decision to withdraw to return the goods. Guilhem CODERA has 14 days from receipt of the return to reimburse the customer.
During this period, the customer has the right to exchange or reimburse the price of the Product ordered and the outbound delivery costs. The cost of returning the Product will be borne by the Customer, except in the case of a proven defect or non-conformity of the Product. In application of the provisions of article 1369-2 of the French Civil Code, the Customer will have the possibility, before definitively validating his order, to return to the previous pages and correct and modify his order and the information previously provided before confirming it to express his acceptance. The customer must check all the information entered during the order process (products ordered, delivery address, billing address, telephone number, etc.) Guilhem CODERA cannot be held responsible for any data entry errors made by the customer, nor for the consequences of such errors in terms of delivery delays or errors. In the event of a delivery failure, the customer will be liable for the cost of reshipment and will refrain from making any claims. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. Any dispute on this point will be settled within the framework of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned below.

Prices :

Our prices are net (VAT not applicable, art 293B of the CGI).
Guilhem CODERA reserves the right to modify the prices of the Products presented on the Site.

The Products will be invoiced to the Customer on the basis of the prices in force on the Terroir-06.fr website at the time the Order is validated.

Prices take into account discounts offered by the Seller on the Terroir-06.fr website.

These prices are firm and non-revisable during their period of validity, but the Seller reserves the right to modify them at any time outside their period of validity.

Prices do not include transport and delivery charges, which are invoiced in addition, under the conditions indicated on the site and calculated before the order is placed.

The payment requested from the Customer corresponds to the total amount of the purchase, including these charges.

An invoice is issued by the Vendor and given to the Customer upon delivery of the Products ordered.

Postage & packing France :

For all shipments, you will be charged a handling fee. Open the package in the presence of the carrier. In the event of damage, make any reservations on the carrier’s receipt. Contact us by e-mail: contact@terroir-06.fr, enclosing a photo, and we will offer you a refund or a second shipment at your convenience.

Delivery times and dates

Average shipping time is 14 days.

Payment

Guilhem CODERA accepts your payment by credit card and PayPal directly on our online payment service, when validating your order on our website.

Reservation of ownership

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Disputes :

Any dispute concerning the nature or quantity of items received must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt of the parcel. In the event of a problem, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail or telephone. We will certainly find a solution and do our utmost to satisfy you.

Legal warranty of conformity :

Article L. 217-12 of the French Consumer Code stipulates that the customer may invoke the legal warranty of conformity within 2 years of delivery of the goods. This warranty covers defects in conformity and latent defects in products.
Nevertheless, in the event of an irreconcilable dispute In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, we offer a consumer mediation service. The chosen mediation body is: CNPM – MEDIATION DE LA CONSOMMATION. In the event of a dispute, you can submit your claim on its website: https://cnpm-mediation-consommation.eu or by post by writing to CNPM – MEDIATION – CONSOMMATION – 27 avenue de la libération – 42400 Saint-Chamond – France.

Warranty – Right of withdrawal :

The customer has a period of 14 days following receipt of the goods to inform the company of his wish to withdraw, and a further 14 days from notification of his decision to withdraw to return the goods. The professional has 14 days from receipt of the return to reimburse the customer.

Legal warranties :

The customer is hereby informed that in the event of a lack of conformity of the goods or of the order, he may invoke the legal guarantee of conformity. To do so, they have two years from the date of delivery of the goods to take action. He may choose between repairing or replacing the good, subject to the cost conditions set out in article L. 217-9 of the French Consumer Code. In the case of new goods, the customer is exempt from having to prove the existence of a lack of conformity during the two years following delivery of the goods
The customer may decide to invoke the warranty against hidden defects in the item sold, as defined in article 1641 of the French Civil Code. In this case, the customer may choose between rescission of the sale or a reduction in the sale price, in accordance with article 1644 of the French Civil Code.
Naturally, this guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear during use, or variations in appearance and finish due to the handcrafted production methods used for our creations.

Electronic files – privacy :

Guilhem CODERA collects certain personal data relating to its customers solely for the purpose of tracking their orders. In accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended by Act no. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, this data will not be used for any canvassing purposes. Each customer has the individual right of access, withdrawal and rectification provided for by the law, and may request either the modification or deletion of any information concerning him/her that is no longer relevant, by making a request in writing to Guilhem CODERA – 614, chemin de Saint Jean – 06620 Le Bar sur Loup or via the contact form or by e-mail: contact@terroir-06.fr.
The telephone number requested when placing an order is used exclusively for processing the order (request for information, delivery).
