The Tanneron Mimosa Festival is a not-to-be-missed event for gourmets in Cannes and the surrounding area, and an opportunity to discover our latest products: flower confits, syrups, olive paste and gift boxes.
The 2024 edition of the Fête du Mimosa in Mandelieu promises a dazzling celebration in the heart of the Côte d’Azur. Scheduled from February 15 to 18, this captivating festivity highlights the sunny beauty of the mimosa, the local emblem. The festivities kick off with a spectacular parade of floats adorned with thousands of yellow flowers, creating an enchanting atmosphere in the streets. Visitors can also take part in guided tours of the mimosa plantations, discovering the secrets of its cultivation in the Massif de l’Esterel. Local markets will offer a variety of by-products, from bouquets to handcrafted creations. This edition promises total immersion in mimosa culture, combining local traditions, music and gastronomy for an unforgettable experience in the heart of the Côte d’Azur.

Mimosa cultivation in the Esterel Massif on the French Riviera is a thriving tradition that thrives in an exceptional natural setting. With fertile soil and an ideal Mediterranean climate, the Massif provides an environment conducive to the luxuriant growth of this iconic plant. The steep hills of the Massif are punctuated with mimosa plantations, creating a landscape bursting with bright yellow, particularly remarkable in winter when the flowering peaks. Local farmers, perpetuating ancestral know-how, cultivate mimosa for its delicate flower and captivating fragrance.
