Behind Avé Pâtisserie, a passionate couple: Victor Santificetur & Anna Silvia, trained in major Parisian establishments, chose Menton to express their vision of a sincere and demanding author-made pastry 🍮.
🌿 Terroir-06: 👨🌾 farmers from Alpes-Maritimes (06), we specialize in the organic cultivation and processing of aromatic and medicinal plants and citrus fruits 🍊🌼.
Located in the Grasse region, we passionately craft:

🌸 and a 100% locally sourced orange blossom water, cultivated, distilled, and refined with meticulous care

Unlike current industrial practices (3 to 4 liters for the same quantity of blossoms), Guilhem performs a rare and highly concentrated distillation, guaranteeing exceptional aromatic quality 🌼🔥
