We are proud to announce a new and exceptional collaboration between Avé Pâtisserie in Menton and Guilhem Codera, a passionate farmer-processor from the Alpes-Maritimes (06) 💛

🍰Located at 10 rue Trenca, 06500 Menton, Avé Pâtisserie is a high-end artisanal pastry and ice cream shop, renowned for its refined, creative, and elegant sweet creations ✨

👉 Here, everything is 100% homemade, with seasonal products and know-how inspired by both French pastry and international influences.

Behind Avé Pâtisserie, a passionate couple: Victor Santificetur & Anna Silvia, trained in major Parisian establishments, chose Menton to express their vision of a sincere and demanding author-made pastry 🍮.

🌿 Terroir-06: 👨‍🌾 farmers from Alpes-Maritimes (06), we specialize in the organic cultivation and processing of aromatic and medicinal plants and citrus fruits 🍊🌼.

Located in the Grasse region, we passionately craft:
🍯 preserves
🍯 syrups
🍯 jams
🍯 honey preparations
🌸 and a 100% locally sourced orange blossom water, cultivated, distilled, and refined with meticulous care

🌸 An exceptional orange blossom water

It’s this local, intense, and ultra-fragrant orange blossom water that won over Pastry Chef Victor Santificetur 💫
🔬 Unique characteristic:
👉 1 kg of blossoms = 1 kg of orange blossom water
Unlike current industrial practices (3 to 4 liters for the same quantity of blossoms), Guilhem performs a rare and highly concentrated distillation, guaranteeing exceptional aromatic quality 🌼🔥
