The Michelin-starred restaurant “les pêcheurs” in Antibes chooses Terroir-06 flavored honeys

A wonderful encounter and the start of a wonderful adventure. Star chef Nicolas Rondelli, head chef at the “Les Pecheurs” restaurant in Antibes, has chosen Terroir-06 flavored honeys to accompany his cheese platters. It’s sure to be an exceptional taste experience for gourmets and gourmands alike.

Chef Nicolas Rondelli, holder ofa Michelin star, needs no introduction. Trained by the greats: Alain Llorca at Le Negresco in Nice, the Moulin de Mougins in Mougins, Jacques Chibois at La Bastide Saint-Antoine in Grasse and Olivier Brulard at La Réserve de Beaulieu and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, to name but a few, he is above all a child of the Mediterranean who loves to sublimate products from the sea and, of course, from the land.
