On Friday, Terroir-06’s Guilhem CODERA was visited by Yves Terrillon, the Côte d’Azur chef with a passion for cooking with flowers.
They exchanged ideas on our latest creations, including, of course, flavored honeys, notably with rose centifolia and orange blossom, emblematic flowers of our region and the Pays Grassois.
