🟫 Why did we choose to be a producer-harvester-processor-distiller and not just a simple confectionery processor?

🌿 A passion for the land, not just for the sweet taste.

At TERROIR-06, we have made a choice that changes everything: that of producing our own fruits and our Aromatic and Medicinal Plants to make our preserves, syrups, flavored honeys, hydrosols, jams, etc., rather than buying them from wholesalers as many confectioners do.

But why this choice?

Because it embodies our vision of the terroir, our respect for nature and our commitment to authentic quality.

🧑‍🌾 Being a producer-harvester means mastering the entire chain.

Unlike a simple confectioner who simply buys already processed or standardized fruits or flowers, or even already partially processed, which he will then finish processing, we grow our exceptional fruits, plants and flowers locally, in the Pays de Grasse in the Alpes-Maritimes in a natural way.

This means:

🌱 Choice of traditional varieties adapted to our soil and our climate

☀️ Environmentally friendly cultivation, following the rhythm of the seasons and ORGANIC certified by ECOCERT

🍓 Harvest at maturity, at the optimum moment of taste and concentration of natural sugar for the fruits and flowers, at the moment when Nature commands us.

This complete mastery of the process guarantees total traceability and unrivaled quality in each jar or bottle of jam, syrup, preserve, flavored honey to offer you a unique experience and maximum satisfaction.
