Terroir-06 is admitted to the Culinary College of France

We are happy and proud to announce that Terroir-06 has been admitted to the Culinary College of France 😄😄😄.

🍽️ What is the Culinary College of France?

It is an association under the 1901 law founded in 2011 on the initiative of 15 great international French chefs, including Alain Ducasse, Joël Robuchon, Anne-Sophie Pic, Thierry Marx, Régis Marcon, Yannick Alléno.

The main objective is to promote the quality of French gastronomy, by highlighting fresh products, “homemade” products, transparency, hospitality and value for money…

The Culinary College of France network is:

🍸👨‍🍳More than 1800 quality restaurants

🧑‍🌾👩‍💼More than 900 quality artisan producers like TERROIR-06.

📣 Values and scope

The College advocates a militant and independent, non-corporate approach, which supports craftsmanship and culinary diversity, and opposes industrial food to responsible cooking.

It promotes a solid value chain structured around committed producers, chefs and consumers.

📌 TERROIR-06 has thus committed to the network of the Culinary College of France, to be part of an approach of transparency, trust and traceability towards the consumer and to be able to work more with the best Chefs in France 😃
