The chefs are celebrating regional producers and know-how, what is it?
This is an unmissable event for all lovers of gastronomy, local produce and Provençal traditions.
Each year, this beautiful celebration showcases the riches of our region by bringing together renowned chefs, passionate artisans and committed producers.
Launched in 2020, the event has enjoyed growing success and attracted more than 160,000 visitors during its previous edition, confirming its status as a major gastronomic event on the French Riviera.
A large gastronomic village in the heart of Saint-Tropez
Located in the heart of the village of Saint-Tropez, on the famous Place des Lices and at the Salle Jean Despas, the event will bring together more than 150 chefs and 250 producers and artisans this year.
Visitors will be able to discover a true showcase of the region’s gastronomic heritage.
On the agenda:
Seasonal fruits and vegetables
Artisanal olive oils
Local cheeses
Seafood
Aromatic herbs from Provence
Wines and local specialties…
The chefs present will share their passion through culinary demonstrations, tastings, round tables and exchanges with the public, while promoting short supply chains, seasonality and the transmission of know-how.

The event also highlights the sometimes overlooked professions that contribute to the human richness of our region:
Livestock farmers
Fishermen
Market gardeners
Winegrowers
Beekeepers
They will all be present to tell their story, share their passion and explain their commitment to responsible and environmentally friendly production.
The objective remains the same: to create a direct link between those who cultivate the land, those who transform the products and those who enhance them on the plate.
An exceptional patron for the 2026 edition
The 2026 edition will be sponsored by the three-Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco, head of the famous restaurant “Le Mirazur” in Menton.
Recognized as one of the world’s greatest chefs, he will participate in several public meetings, conferences and book signings over these three days.
This chef also gives us the enormous pleasure of regularly ordering some of our products, and we wanted to thank him warmly for that.
His presence will bring an even more prestigious dimension to this event dedicated to local produce, culinary creativity and regional know-how.
A convivial and delicious moment
Beyond the flavors, this event stands out for its festive and welcoming atmosphere. Families, food lovers, locals, and visitors come together in a true spirit of sharing, punctuated by entertainment, cooking workshops, and meetings with producers.
