Meet the terroir-06 team from November 29 to December 2, 2024 at the “Monte-Carlo Gastronomie” show
A show where producers, such as Terroir-06, professionals, associations and chefs offer original, quality products and gourmet recipes a few weeks before the end-of-year celebrations.
The Salon Monte-Carlo Gastronomie returns for its 27th edition from November 29 to December 2, 2024 at the Chapiteau de Monaco. This show is a must for gourmets and lovers of local products, bringing together more than 100 international exhibitors.
Visitors will be able to wander through the 2,500 m² of the Chapiteau and discover a variety of fine and authentic products, including cheeses, cured meats, olive oils, chocolates, jams, wines, champagnes and liqueurs. The show also focuses on the art of the table and kitchen utensils, offering a true immersion in culinary elegance and refinement.
There will be entertainment and culinary demonstrations by prestigious chefs such as Gianluca Strobino and Geoffroy Szamburski, as well as international chefs such as Rodrigo Fernandini. The Maestro Chef competition, which pits eight amateur cooks against each other, will also be back this year. Participants will have to create creative dishes under the watchful eye of a jury composed of top Monegasque chefs.
The Salon Monte-Carlo Gastronomie is supported by several associations, including Monaco Goût et Saveurs, the Association of Italian and French Maîtres d’Hôtel, and the Monegasque Association of Sommeliers. It is a unique opportunity to discover quality products, participate in tastings and be inspired by culinary creations.
