Terroir-06 agricultural festival Caille
The Foyer Rural de Caille, an association that promotes local livestock and agriculture, crafts and producers, has been organizing the annual agricultural fair on the Caille plain for 74 years!
Here’s the programme of events:
8:30am: Opening of the fairground
9am: Goustaron in the fairground
10am: Transhumance in the village
12:30pm: Meal featuring local produce (no reservations)
5pm: Honorary aperitif
Of course, Guilhem CODERA, farmer-distiller-processor from TERROIR-06, will be on hand to introduce you to his natural, local products at reasonable prices, such as orange blossom water, verbena confit, lemon honey and more. And a brand-new product will be on offer: organic crystallized verbena leaves!
