Trained by the greats: Alain Llorca at Le Negresco in Nice, the Moulin de Mougins in Mougins, Jacques Chibois at La Bastide Saint-Antoine in Grasse and Olivier Brulard at La Réserve de Beaulieu and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, to name but a few, he is above all a child of the Mediterranean who loves to sublimate products from the sea and, of course, from the land.
