It is the 1st festival of the month of September in the Alpes-Maritimes.
The aim of the organisers is to rediscover the pleasure of taste and quality products, to introduce producers from the middle and highlands, to renew agricultural meetings by mixing in locally-made cuisine, and to re-establish the direct relationship between products and regional specialities.
The organizers want to offer you the best products: seasonal vegetables and fruits, honey, wines, cured meats, jams, foie gras, bread, poultry, olive products, terrines, cheeses, etc.
Among the processing farmers present on site, we note the participation of Guilhem from www.terroir-06.fr
Guilhem codera de terroir-06 who cultivates olives, citrus fruits and PPAM (Perfume, Aromatic and Medicinal Plants) will offer you his products: plain or scented olive oil (basil or orange blossom), plain or scented olive paste, citrus jams, flower jams and syrups and plant preserves (centifolia rose, verbena, orange blossom), flavored honeys, harissa, biscuits, orange peels, fruit paste, scented candles, diffuser bottles, etc.
