It is the 1st festival of the month of September in the Alpes-Maritimes.
The aim of the organisers is to rediscover the pleasure of taste and quality products, to introduce producers from the middle and highlands, to renew agricultural meetings by mixing in locally-made cuisine, and to re-establish the direct relationship between products and regional specialities.
The organizers want to offer you the best products: seasonal vegetables and fruits, honey, wines, cured meats, jams, foie gras, bread, poultry, olive products, terrines, cheeses, etc.
