Organized by the French Riviera Community (CARF), the International Citrus Show illuminates your mind in the colorful world of citrus fruits 🍊🍋and their uses: food (Terroir-06), ornamental, artistic, cosmetic, culinary, etc. Around citrus producers like 🌞TERROIR-06🌞, professionals from all walks of life will take your senses on a journey.
This is also an opportunity for people from Menton, Monaco and Roquebrune to order the products you need and have them delivered to you via click and collect at the salon. 🏃♀️🚜
Program of the International Citrus Show:
Exhibition Stands: Around 40 exhibitors will present unique products combining citrus fruits and know-how, including fresh fruit, jams, biscuits and other delicacies.
Interactive workshops: Around twenty practical sessions will be offered to visitors, covering topics such as perfume creation, citrus grafting and citrus cooking.
Conferences and round tables: Nine thematic meetings will provide an opportunity to explore a variety of topics, including the impacts of climate change on citrus fruit cultivation, the preservation of historic orange groves, and the links between citrus fruits and healthy eating.
Cooking shows: Nine live cooking demonstrations will be hosted by renowned international chefs, showcasing innovative citrus recipes.
